This course provides those attending with an introduction to the principles and practices of the work involved in film and television drama production management.
The basic thread throughout the week is that participants will learn how to break down a short script which they will schedule, and have a full understanding of all the elements which go into making up the budget.

Throughout the course speakers will be brought in to fully explain their specialist areas and will be on hand to answer questions relating to the main thread of the course - the script, around which the budget and everything else revolves.
Each night of the course, participants will receive homework. Completion of these assignments will ensure you obtain the maximum benefit from the course.
The course tutor is a Drama Production Manager/Production Supervisor with a wealth of experience of feature film and television drama productions.
