Make A Movie Project

I am trying to help create a new reality TV show, which aims to discover new writing and acting talent.  Think X-Factor meets Project Greenlight.  The Make A Movie Project Facebook page already has over 3,500 members including writers, actors & production companies, if you wish to meet and discuss with other like minded individuals, please check us out!

About The Concept

Writers will be given the opportunity to write and submit a screenplay - the winning entry would then be turned into a film and also have the screenplay developed into a novel.

The screenplay's would be vetted by a panel of judges and whittled down to a shortlist of possible winners.

An overview for each of the short listed entries can then be provided to the public who will then vote as to which screenplay they would like to be made into a film/novel.

After the winning screenplay has been chosen by the public, the remainder of the series would be dedicated to auditioning for the lead role(s) for the screenplay. Once again, the lead role would be chose via a public.

The revenue to create the film would come from phone voting/sponsorship.
